This position is responsible for ensuring the execution of sales plans within an assigned territory through a focus on the sales team and key account management. Roles & Responsibilities: 
Distribution Management -  
Manage and oversee all market activities through organization, ensuring that efforts are focused on appropriate accounts, territory, and channels to achieve ANW’s short and long-term sales objectives.

Job Overview: ANW is currently seeking customer service-oriented Delivery Drivers to fulfill a variety of routes across Washington, based out of our Seattle warehouse.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Completing daily deliveries to a variety of customers
Assessing delivery vehicle for maintenance issues at the beginning of each shift
Alerting Warehouse Supervisor of any maintenance or vehicle issues
Abiding by company standards and safety policies, as well as state driving laws
Checking orders before loading into delivery vehicle
Self-managing their daily delivery schedule to ensure accounts are delivered to

Roles & Responsibilities:
Audit discrepancies, locate errors and solve inventory issues
Participate in regular cycle counts and quarterly inventory
Assist receiving team with receiving and confirming inbound product
Work with Warehouse Supervisor to plan and make space for inbound product
Assess stock levels in pick locations, manage back stock as needed
Ensure all product is assigned stock locations and tagged accordingly

American Northwest Distributors is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to fill the position of territory merchandiser. 

This position will fill an integral role on our sales teams by supporting the retail accounts in their assigned territory. In this position, the candidate will use their personal vehicle (subsidized by a car allowance) to travel to multiple assigned retail accounts on a given day. Once there, the candidate will work independently while communicating with our sales team, delivery drivers, operations team and store personnel. 

Primary responsibilities include stocking delivered product onto shelves, into cold boxes and displays and managing vendor back stock. This is also a creative role that can be played by helping to build wine and spirits displays that are sold into the individual stores. Consistent communication with the sales team will be a critical aspect of this position, as information about out of stocks, inventory concerns, customer feedback, etc. will need to be passed on. 

This is a great entry level position in our organization, and for those that are successful, it can be a conduit to becoming a sales professional in the alcohol beverage industry.

American Northwest Distributors is looking for a Supply Chain Manager who is responsible for overseeing and improving all aspect of the supply chain and inventory management process, from product procurement to delivery to customer. This is a data driven, analytical position that requires strong organizational and negotiating skills.This job contributes to American Northwest’s growth and success by developing strategic supply plans and establishing inventory levels to achieve customer service, supply chain and financial objectives.

Key features of this role includes product procurement based on needs of the company, working in collaboration with the Portfolio Managers to determine such needs, monitoring inventory levels to ensure financial accountability, tracking orders, working with external logistics companies to ensure timely receipt of product, optimizing inventory turn, transportation lead times and costs, and coordinating the Certificate of Label Approval/Exemption process through the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau for overseas container shipments.

Primary Responsibilities


·         Analyze sales data, inventory levels, promotions, seasonal trends and recommendations from Portfolio Managers to determine product order quantities for Washington and Oregon

·         Work with Portfolio Managers to establish pricing and identify areas of need and upcoming programming

·         Strive to meet and exceed inventory turn and in-stock goals

·         Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy for international and domestic product

·         Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner

·         Track inbound domestic shipments for timely arrivals

·         Submit and monitor COLA approvals with Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade for import products

·         Coordinate with Freight forwarders and consolidators to optimize overseas shipping times and costs

·         Work with Freight forwarders and Customs Agents to ensure all imported product is approved prior to stateside arrival

·         Track inbound volume of product for TTB taxation

·         Report suggested improvements, savings and goal progress to Operations Manager


  • Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business or other closely related degree preferred
